“Strong Performances keep the play engaging…A humorous Emilia (Kaitlyn Zion) is a standout.” -The Broad Street Review “Philly Fringe 2024: Zaina Yasmin Dana’s Othello vs the Military Industrial Complex” -by Krista Mar
Hello World, it’s me Kaitlyn! I am an actor, singer, writer, theater maker, and silly guy bouncing between Philadelphia and New York. Since graduating with a BFA in Musical Theater, I’ve been working consistently in the regional theater and indie film scene. I’ve been described as a chameleon of an actor covering a vast range of characters, and approaching my work in a sincere, empathetic, and exploratory way. Using my extensive years of training in classical voice and acting, and my overactive imagination, I dig down to the roots of my characters, striving to connect with the soul of the piece and reach audiences in an impactful way. I’m a team player and joyous creative with a love of new works and reviving the classics. When I’m not acting I love writing and crafting songs and stories. When I’m not doing all of the art things I love baking, hiking, anime, finding trinkets, doing a little craft, and eating cheese. Thanks for stopping by!
This is my cat April! She’s my favorite thing in the whole wide world.
